About the Role
As a Staff Technical Talent Partner, you will build teams for Base’s software and embedded engineering teams. You will run full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer close, partner directly with engineering leaders to scope roles and build focused interview processes, and move fast without compromising quality.
