Responsibilities:: The Business Development Manager for North-West Italy will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, with a strong focus on Key Accounts, while driving growth and performance of existing customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identification and acquisition of new Key Accounts in the assigned territory.
• Development and expansion of business with existing Key Accounts to increase revenue and long-term value.
• Management of strategic customer relationships and negotiation of commercial agreements.
• Analysis of market trends and customer needs to support business growth strategies.
• Participate in marketing events, such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
• Requirements:: Result-oriented with the ability to function in a semi-autonomous environment
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations to large groups
• Ability to teach, coach, and mentor customer sales personnel in the application of Company products and solutions
