Senior Social Insights Analyst

We're looking for a Senior Social Insights Analyst to lead the analysis of organic, paid, and earned media performance for our clients. You'll produce the reporting that tells clients how their content and campaigns are performing, help develop the benchmarks that put those numbers in context, and translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations that shape strategy and decision-making.

Just as important, you'll go deep into the communities where our clients' audiences live — examining behaviors, conversations, and creators to identify engagement opportunities that build brand reputation. This role sits at the intersection of analytics and storytelling: you're as comfortable pulling and cleaning platform data as you are presenting the "so what" to a client.

Senior Social Insights Analysts operate with a high degree of independence. They own measurement workstreams from start to finish, proactively identify opportunities and risks, and help elevate NOBODY's approach to social intelligence, performance measurement, and reporting across clients. They are trusted partners to Strategy and Activation teams and are increasingly looked to for guidance, mentorship, and perspective.
