Position Overview
Kelso Building Services is seeking a highly motivated
Controls Install Lead / Working Supervisor to join the growing KBS Building Automation team. This position is ideal for an experienced BAS installer or low-voltage electrical professional who enjoys leading field crews while remaining hands-on in the installation and startup process.
The ideal candidate will have strong field installation experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS), controls wiring, conduit installation, panel mounting, and startup support, along with the leadership skills necessary to manage and mentor installation teams in the field.
