Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Older People's Mental Health Team at Oldham.

What will your responsibilities be?

Completing Care Act assessments, Support Plans and Reviews, Including Section 117 Reviews.

To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support and promote the independence and wellbeing of residents of Oldham.

Experience working in mental health preferred but not essential.

Car user essential

To be successful in this role you must have, Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK driving licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
