The Account Director in Korea will manage and own the entire customer journey for our clients. This is an individual contributor (IC) role with no direct reports or people management responsibilities. You will personally own and grow a portfolio of strategic customers in Korea, with renewals, upsells, and NRR as your core commercial KPIs. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, self-motivation, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
You’ll serve as a trusted partner and advisor to clients, helping them maximize the value of the Sensor Tower platform while ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention. This role requires someone who is proactive, commercially savvy, and passionate about customer success in a data-driven SaaS environment. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, data science and support teams to deliver a seamless and impactful customer experience.
