At least 5+ years of strategic sourcing and procurement experience across a variety of spend categories required
Experience sourcing enterprise software/SaaS and technology, including pricing and contract negotiations required
Experience leading end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFx, required
Strong experience conducting pricing negotiations and cost optimization initiatives required
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills required
Ability to review, redline, and negotiate supplier agreements, renewals, amendments, and commercial terms required
Experience sourcing meetings, events, and production-related categories such as venues, catering, A/V, and production services
Hands on experience with Coupa
Procure-to-Pay including purchasing processes, workflows, troubleshooting, and user support required
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
As PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.
Typical wage range: $80k - $95k + bonus.
