About the Role:
The Senior Digital Workplace Engineer - AI & Collaboration is a senior individual contributor and technical lead responsible for the architecture, deployment, administration, and continuous improvement of Gen's enterprise collaboration and AI platforms. This role sits at the intersection of engineering depth and strategic vision - owning the technical execution of Gen's collaboration ecosystem (Microsoft 365, OneDrive/SharePoint, Slack, and emerging AI productivity tools).
