About the role
We’re hiring a paid acquisition marketer to help scale our growth engine. You’ll build and optimize full-funnel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging developer-focused platforms—turning paid media investment into qualified signups, pipeline, and revenue.
This is a highly analytical, hands-on role with ownership spanning channel strategy, campaign execution, creative testing, landing-page experimentation, and measurement. You’ll work closely with creative, content, product marketing, sales, lifecycle, data, and engineering to improve performance at every stage of the funnel, from the first impression through downstream conversion.
The ideal candidate combines strong paid media expertise with commercial judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a bias toward action. You’re comfortable managing meaningful budgets, digging into attribution and cohort data, and running structured experiments to uncover new growth levers. You’ll thrive here if you move quickly, communicate insights clearly, and are energized by the opportunity to go above and beyond when a high-impact opportunity arises.
