WHOOP is hiring a Senior User Experience Researcher to join WHOOP Labs in Boston and support the Healthcare Product team. In this role, you will lead strategic research initiatives that help shape the future of healthcare experiences at WHOOP, enabling members to better understand their health data and take meaningful action toward improved outcomes.
Beyond conducting high-impact research, you will play a critical role in helping teams translate insights into decisions. Working closely with Product Design, Product Management, Clinical, Regulatory, and Machine Learning Research partners, you will facilitate workshops, guide cross-functional alignment, and ensure research findings drive meaningful action.
