Director, Technical Recruiting at Whoop | LAYIQ

10+ years of recruiting experience with significant leadership experience managing technical recruiting teams in high-growth technology organizations.
Proven track record of building, scaling, and leading recruiting organizations that consistently deliver exceptional technical talent.
Deep understanding of recruiting for a wide variety of technical disciplines that include software engineering, machine learning, data science, hardware, embedded systems, product, manufacturing, and other highly technical disciplines.
Experience partnering with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational scaling, and executive-level hiring.
Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging recruiting metrics, market data, and forecasting to drive strategic decisions.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and balance competing business priorities in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Experience implementing and optimizing recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and AI-enabled recruiting workflows.
Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats and operating with a "no task too small" mindset, recognizing that building a great organization requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
