Senior Project Specialist, Retail Design at Whoop | LAYIQ

4–7 years of experience in project coordination, project management, design operations, product development, or a related field.
Experience supporting industrial design, consumer products, hardware, or other physical product development organizations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Experience partnering with creative teams and translating iterative design work into actionable project plans.
Experience coordinating with external vendors, fabricators, production partners, or agency partners.
Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Airtable, Monday.com
, Jira, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for improving operational processes, planning, and portfolio visibility.
Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
