Manager, Performance Marketing at Whoop | LAYIQ

4+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, growth marketing, digital acquisition, or a related discipline, with experience driving measurable business results
Hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple acquisition channels, such as paid social, paid search, video, or other digital platforms
Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to inform decision-making, measure performance, and prioritize opportunities
Demonstrated ability to build forecasts, manage budgets, and communicate business impact to senior stakeholders
Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing Analytics, Product, Creative, Finance, Brand Media, and Engineering.
Strong understanding of attribution methodologies, experimentation frameworks, conversion optimization, and marketing measurement best practices.
Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses and a demonstrated ability to succeed in fast-moving, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, prioritize competing initiatives, and execute with a high degree of ownership.
Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
