WHOOP is seeking a Senior NPI Quality Engineer, (Hardware) to lead Product Quality for a portfolio of hardware development programs from concept through launch. As a technical leader within the Product Quality organization, you will partner closely with Hardware Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supplier Quality, Reliability, Operations, and global manufacturing partners to ensure products are designed, validated, and launched with exceptional quality.
You will own quality planning, risk management, launch readiness, and product quality execution across multiple complex hardware programs while helping establish the standards and operating mechanisms that define Product Quality at WHOOP.
