, you will be selling mission-critical fire station alerting solutions. This is a technical, consultative sales role: you'll run discovery calls, dig into detailed customer requirements, and work with Locution's support/integrations teams to create solutions for your clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive the complete project lifecycle: from initial discovery through sales, implementation, and ongoing success
• Build and maintain relationships with Fire Chiefs and key public safety decision-makers
• Navigate municipal procurement processes and long-term sales cycles
• Develop technical proposals and presentations that address specific fire department needs
• Manage implementation projects, ensuring smooth deployment and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful system integration
• Attend industry trade shows and conferences to build relationships and showcase our solutions
• Document project progress and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
• Provide technical expertise during pre-sales and implementation phases

Requirements

• Proven track record in relationship based sales, technical sales, government sales, or public safety technology
• Excellent communication abilities across all levels of organization
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and trade shows
