We are seeking an experienced Marine Design Manager to lead our team of marine designers and drafters in support of autonomous surface vessel development. This role is central to delivering high-quality vessel design across disciplines, setting technical standards, and driving impact in defense innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of marine designers and drafters across 2D and 3D modeling, technical drawings, and production support
- Own the development and enforcement of drawing standards and best practices across the design organization
