Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Machinist to independently set up and operate CNC machine tools in a fast-paced hybrid R&D/production environment. In this role, you will work under general direction with periodic review, taking full ownership of setup, operation, and troubleshooting of CNC machined parts from first article through production run. You will read and interpret drawings and programs, make the tooling and work-holding decisions the job requires, and serve as a technical resource to other machinists on the floor.

This is a hands-on role for a journeyman-level machinist who takes pride in accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.
