LMS Technical Administrator (Contract, Part Time) at Saronic Technologies | LAYIQ

Required
3+ years of hands-on technical administration of an enterprise learning management system, including configuration, permissions, and reporting.
Demonstrated Cornerstone (CSOD) administration experience, including security role and permission configuration, custom report building, and release management.
Experience troubleshooting LMS integrations, including HRIS data feeds and single sign-on.
Working knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards and the ability to diagnose content tracking and completion failures.
Ability to work independently on a part-time schedule with limited oversight, and to document work for handoff.
Strong written communication and the ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
U.S. Person status as defined below
Preferred
Cornerstone certification, or experience supporting a Cornerstone implementation or migration.
Experience administering an LMS in a manufacturing, industrial, or field-based environment with a distributed, non-desk workforce.
Experience configuring compliance and certification tracking, including recurring requirements and expiration-driven assignments.
Experience supporting training compliance reporting in a regulated or safety-critical environment.
Familiarity with Cornerstone Edge or comparable extensibility and API tooling.
