The Role
Rho is hiring a VP of Product
. Reporting into our CEO, you’ll partner with our design and engineering teams to set Rho's product direction and own its execution. You'll lead a product team, but you'll also be in the weeds: close enough to the work and close enough to the customer that your judgment is earned, not inherited from a dashboard. You'll know what founders need before they ask for it, because you've built the intuition that comes from proximity, not process.
