About the Role
Rho is seeking an Associate Compliance Officer to support our onboarding compliance team. You'll own day-to-day customer due diligence (CDD) and Know Your Business (KYB) work for new client onboarding — gathering and verifying documentation, running risk assessments against established frameworks, and escalating issues to senior compliance staff. You'll play a vital part in keeping Rho compliant with BSA/AML, OFAC, and FinCEN requirements while maintaining the application review velocity our customers expect.
