About the role
Rho is building a revenue engine for our SMB segment, and you're running it day to day. You'll work every warm/inbound SMB lead within 5 minutes of it hitting the pipeline, run a reactivation motion against dormant SMB accounts, and close and fund lower-value SMB deals yourself. You'll also book meetings on higher-value opportunities for the closing team, and run the weekly plays Growth/Marketing sets so we can test what actually moves SMB pipeline.
