About the role
We're hiring a Marketing Operations Lead to own the data and systems layer under Rho's marketing team. Today it's spread across a dozen platforms, mostly unmodeled, with no single owner. We can tell you what we spent and roughly what came in. We can't tell you reliably which channels produce funded customers, at what cost, or how much of that would've happened anyway.
