We're looking for a Head of Marketing Operations to serve as the operational backbone of the marketing organization. This person will own budget, hiring operations, cross-team coordination, and the marketing tech stack, while working closely with the CMO on executive presentations, readouts, and the day-to-day priorities that keep the marketing organization running smoothly.
This is a highly cross-functional role suited to someone who thrives on structure, enjoys translating ambiguity into clear process, and can build trust across a diverse set of stakeholders (creative, demand gen, product marketing, comms, etc.) as well as with senior leadership.
