DSP / Direct Support Professionals to join the team in Erie County, PA. BAYADA’s
DSP / Direct Support Professionals work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. As a member of our team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. We are committed to investing in people and nurturing their desire to grow, and we can’t wait for you to join us.

We provide an opportunity for you to make a difference in the lives of others and offer flexibility in our roles to match your needs. We are part-time and provide flexibility with scheduling through various shift locations and times throughout Erie, PA. We have paid training and only a 1-day orientation.
