Position Summary:
The Procurement Engineer - Buyer (C&I - Power Burners) will be responsible for end-to-end procurement of Control & Instrumentation (C&I) and associated mechanical/electrical equipment for international power burner projects.
The role requires strong techno-commercial acumen, vendor management expertise, and the ability to coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
Pre-Bid & Proposal Support:: Provide procurement inputs during bidding stage.
Identify potential vendors and obtain budgetary quotations.
Review specifications and highlight long-lead items.
Support estimation team with cost optimization strategies.
Procurement - C&I - Power Burners Scope (Procurement experience in the following is mandatory): Control Valves & Automated Valves
Pressure, Temperature & Level Transmitters
PLC Panels, MCC Panels, VFD Panels
SWAS & CEMS Systems
Flame Scanners, Flame Arrestors & HEA Igniters
Power Cylinders (FD/ID Fan & Burner applications)
Flow Elements (Orifice Plates, Venturi, Flow Nozzles, Pitot Tubes)
Temperature Elements (RTD, Thermocouples)
Pressure Gauges, Temperature Gauges
Level Gauges, Level Switches
Vibration Sensors
Mechanical & Skid Equipment Procurement:: Oil Pumping Unit Skid Assemblies
Experience handling international project procurement.
Proven record of cost savings and on-time delivery performance.
Ability to manage multiple packages simultaneously in a fast-paced project environment.
