Role Overview
Frontera is hiring a contract
IT Operations Manager for a 3-month engagement to run day-to-day IT operations across our business and clinical teams, with potential to extend based on need. This is a management role, not a hands-on technical seat: you'll own an outsourced MSP relationship and junior IT staff, not the tickets and infrastructure work itself.
