Retention Product Manager

We are looking for a Retention Product Manager to join United Tech and make a real impact on a product already loved by millions of users. Our goal is not just to grow fast, but to build a stable, high-quality experience. You’ll be working on mobile apps with a strong and active user base, enhancing their experience and driving key product metrics like retention and LTV. Your role will involve leading the development of new features, from ideation to launch, to support user engagement, retention, and product monetization.

It’s a global streaming platform that connects people through live events, video chats, and real-time interactions. Our mission is to offer a fun, safe space for users worldwide to engage with streamers and communities. In the near future, we plan to expand into new markets, including Arab countries and Europe, and introduce exciting features to enhance monetization and user engagement. You will play a key role in shaping these new developments and helping the product achieve its ambitious goals.

• In this role, you will: Analyze competitors, customer needs, and market trends, and uncover insights from analytics data
• Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve user engagement and retention
• Build and maintain a roadmap for your features to improve retention, LTV and payments conversion
• Develop and test retention and engagement mechanics, including push notifications and other lifecycle communication
• Write clear and comprehensive PRDs to guide development
• Run A/B tests and analyze their impact on key product and retention metrics
• It’s all about you: 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager with mobile apps in B2C products
• Proficient in data analysis and A/B testing
• Strong skills in analyzing user feedback and competitors
• Experience in planning and prioritizing product roadmaps aligned with business strategy
• Ability to prioritize hypotheses using frameworks like RICE
• Hands-on experience with retention and engagement mechanics in mobile products
• Experience working with push notifications or other lifecycle communication channels
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• A collaborative team player with initiative and proactivity in proposing product improvements
• Data-driven and ownership mindset
