Brand and Content Strategist at Dust | LAYIQ

5–7+ years of content or brand strategy experience at a fast-growing B2B software company
A track record of building a brand people genuinely care about, with the mindset of a media company operating inside a marketing organization
A strong grasp of modern distribution, including social-first content, LinkedIn dynamics, video, community, and creator-style playbooks in an enterprise context
Exceptional storytelling skills across a wide range of formats and topics, with the ability to make complex technology clear, credible, and compelling
A strong connection between content and business results, using both qualitative and quantitative signals to decide what to create next
The ability to scale through others by building productive relationships with cross-functional teammates, customers, agencies, and freelancers, and creating systems that outlast any single piece of content
Deep fluency in and curiosity about AI. You’ll run your own function on Dust and speak the language of our buyers and users

To be explicit about the boundaries with adjacent functions, this role does not own: Co-founder presence, executive thought leadership, PR, or communications. These are owned by our Comms & Ecosystem Lead, and you’ll collaborate closely on narrative alignment
