Structured Finance (SF) Ratings Summer 2027 Internship
Overview/Summary:
KBRA is seeking talented individuals to join our 10-week summer internship program, hosted from June 2 through August 5, 2027. This internship will provide you with the opportunity to gain firsthand experience at the market’s fastest growing credit rating agency and to learn valuable skills coveted in any corporate setting. This internship will be based out of our New York office. Interns are expected to be in-person four days per week (Monday through Thursday) and have the option to work remotely on Fridays.

As an intern, you will be assigned to support one of KBRA’s
Structured Finance credit rating teams.
Structured Finance (aka securitization) is a form of financing where assets are transferred to a “special-purpose entity,” which issues debt that is independent of the asset originator. KBRA’s Structured Finance Group has four broad sub-groups: Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS), Residential Mortgage-Back Securities (RMBS), and Structured Credit.
