From Baseten's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F
, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
We're looking for an exceptional Motion Designer to help bring the Baseten brand to life.
This will be a defining role on the brand design team. You'll shape the motion language for Baseten and bring it to life across everything from product launches and social video to huge out-of-home campaigns, events, web, and experimental brand work.
We're building a brand in a market that's moving fast, and we want the work to feel just as ambitious. This isn't a role focused on turning out one-off animations or supporting an existing system - you'll help define and build the system, push it into places we haven’t thought about, and set the bar for motion across the company.
You'll partner closely with brand, product, marketing, and leadership to turn technical ideas into work that's clear, distinctive, and memorable.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).
