HVAC Service Technician

What You'll Do

Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
Troubleshoot complex issues on furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
Deliver exceptional customer service and educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
Complete service documentation accurately in ServiceTitan
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and personal inventory
Follow all company safety standards and best practices

What We're Looking For

5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Proven commitment to customer satisfaction
Experience handling customer escalations with professionalism
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Personal HVAC hand tools
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while supporting the team
