HVAC Service Technician

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and air handlers
- Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Complete service tickets and documentation in ServiceTitan
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every call
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
What You Bring
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- ServiceTitan experience is required
- EPA Certification
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience servicing furnaces, A/C systems, heat pumps, mini-splits, and air handlers
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to explain repair options to homeowners
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented
