We're growing in Geneva and looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality work and leading by example.

Pay: $70,000-$110,000 per year
What You'll Do
- Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and boilers
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and company quality standards
- Mentor and assist apprentice and junior installers on the job
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Complete start-up, testing, and system verification
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Accurately complete installation paperwork and job documentation
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Previous experience as a Lead Installer preferred
- Strong experience installing: Furnaces
- Air conditioners
- Heat pumps
- Mini-split systems
- Boilers
- Ability to read installation specifications and troubleshoot installation challenges
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- EPA Certification preferred
