Some electricians want to run calls. Others want to manage people. This opportunity is for someone who wants to do both.
Absolute Air Services is growing its residential electrical department, and we’re looking for an experienced
E-1 Licensed Electrical Foreman to help lead its next stage of growth. You’ll serve as the electrical subject matter expert for our Portland location, helping establish the standards, processes, and team that will shape the department for years to come.
This is a true player-coach role
. You’ll continue running residential service calls and keeping your truck revenue-producing while also interviewing prospective electricians, developing the team, monitoring performance, providing technical guidance, and holding employees accountable to expectations.
