About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Partnerships Marketing Intern to own end-to-end execution of our UT Longhorns partnership, working directly with the General Manager (GM).

This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants hands-on experience running a live, high-profile partnership across creative ops, NIL/athlete activations, digital and in-stadium/on-campus activations.

Please note that this internship would require a 6-months commitment minimally.

Your Adventure Ahead: Partnerships:

UT Partnership execution end-to-end support

Own day-to-day execution of the UT Longhorns partnership across creative ops, NIL and communication plans

Monitor and help optimize landing page conversion for UT-driven traffic.

Support in-stadium activation logistics and promotional mechanics (e.g., sweepstakes, tabling) as needed.

Flag blockers and status updates to the GM proactively; keep running list of open items and owners.

General Marketing Support

Assist with content for blogs, newsletters, and social media channels as capacity allows.

Support market research on trends, competitors, and consumer behavior in the US market.

Track and report on marketing performance metrics.

GM Support & Operations

Provide day-to-day project support to the GM on UT and related initiatives.

Assist with presentations, reports, and research as required.

Contribute to cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.

Essentials to Succeed: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable owning a workstream with minimal hand-holding.

Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and digital marketing.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts (creative, creators, logistics) in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in sports marketing, NIL, or partnership activations is a strong plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with design or marketing tools (e.g., Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.

AI Fluency: Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.

Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
