The Tool Control Coordinator is responsible for establishing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive tool control program modeled after commercial and military aviation standards. This role will develop and enforce policies, processes, and accountability systems that ensure all tools used within maintenance operations are tracked, controlled, and compliant with aviation safety and regulatory requirements.
The Tool Control Coordinator role will coordinate daily tool room operations, support maintenance and air vehicle operator teams, and oversee the lifecycle of controlled tools and equipment.
