🎯 The West is up 300% YOY with solid new logo wins and strong retention and growth in existing customers. 195% of quota Q2, and already at 65% at the halfway mark! Energy and momentum are high! We are actively seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Executive to drive revenue in large prospect and customer accounts in California (Bay Area or SoCal locations ideal)!

Our ideal candidate has deep knowledge of how software is positioned and sold to AI, IT, and Data executives in large, complex organizations, as well as a demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.

Location:

San Francisco Bay Area or Southern California based candidates will be considered (remote). We believe in being customer facing. Some travel to onsite customer meetings is required.

What you get to do:

• Focus on maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory. (Territory can vary based on geography, product, industry)
• Achieve logo acquisition and sales target goals
• Manage the full sales cycle
• Understand product offerings and client needs
• Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
• Run and partner with Sales Engineers on product demos
• Manage customer relationships, including identifying new opportunities and maximizing sales.

What you bring to the role:

• A history of success selling SaaS to highly technical buyers (new logo and growing existing accounts)
• Strong customer-facing attitude
• A love of problem solving
• Motivated, curious, hungry, and driven as a sales person
• Great track record of success and history of quota attainment
• Outstanding communication skills–written and oral–including strong presentation skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• High-integrity, intelligence, and self-driven.
• Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts.
• Open to travel to customer locations as needed.
• Bonus points  if you have: Knowledge of Open Source
• Passion for tech and the cloud space
• Experience with Salesforce
• The estimated total compensation for this role ranges from
• $300,000 – $350,000
• , along with an equity component and a comprehensive benefits package. This range is merely an estimate, and the width of the range reflects willingness to consider candidates with broad prior seniority. Actual compensation may deviate from this range based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
