Technical Account Manager, Success Advisory - San Francisco at Pigment | LAYIQ

6 years in a technical, client-facing role such as Solution Architecture, consulting, or analytics advisory
Ease and credibility with clients, from platform admins to C-suite
A builder's curiosity about AI — you've used AI tools to work smarter and want to push how far that goes in an advisory context
Track record leading several parallel projects across internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:: EPM modeling experience (or a strong appetite to go deep on it fast)
Familiarity with finance processes or adjacent use cases (supply chain, SPM, Workforce)
Comfort with data analysis, data flows and connections (SQL, APIs)
Experience with AI tools/vibe coding, Claude code, MCP, solution design, data architecture
