About the job
We are looking to hire a seasonal Retail Store Supervisor for Madhappy in Aspen, CO beginning in December 2025.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading the charge on Madhappy's physical presence through our retail pop-up. Along with the store manager, you will own opening and operating procedures for this location and build a team centered around efficiency and embodying our brand vision. This role will report directly to this location’s store manager.
Responsibilities

- Oversee and participate in all aspects of retail operations for this store - including inventory management, scheduling, staffing, cleanliness, preparations, and more
