A growing company specializing in security and technology solutions for regulated and industrial environments is seeking a dependable and organized
Office Assistant to support daily operations. This organization focuses on integrating and maintaining complex systems while ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Key Details: Fully onsite position
- 1+ year of relevant experience required
- Experience with shipping & receiving preferred
- Comfortable working in a small team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Ability to pass a background check
Responsibilities: Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
- Greet employees, clients, and visitors with excellent customer service
- Manage documents, including scanning, labeling, and filing
- Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination
- Maintain organization of common areas and ensure supplies are stocked
- Support meeting and event setup
- Provide general administrative support across the office
Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Prior shipping & receiving experience is a plus
