This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at JETSET Pilates - Rivermark. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. They will also be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, tracking expenses, payroll inputs, and vendor spend; operate within the approved budget and escalate variances for Owner approval and budgets, and maintain a positive and motivating studio environment.
Responsibilities - Before Studio Opening: Recruitment & Staffing: build and maintain pipelines for studio leads and instructors. Own screening resumes, conducting initial interviews and coordinating other interviews, maintaining a consistent talent pipeline, overall hiring and onboarding into JETSET systems and studio
- Complete training and modules from JETSET HQs (including 3-days onsite training in Miami, FL and onsite Instructor training)
- Own and execute local marketing, social media & digital marketing initiatives to drive client acquisition and exceed studio-specific pre-opening goals
- Lead presales, founding member acquisitions + community events calendar
