The Senior Studio Lead is an elevated Studio Lead position that serves as an extension of the General Manager —creating exceptional client experiences, supporting our instructors, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. Equal parts hospitality leader and studio ambassador, they help grow our community by connecting with clients and confidently guiding them toward the memberships and packages that support their goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Drive Sales & Retention
- Partner with the General Manager and studio team to achieve membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals.
- Support studio sales initiatives, promotions, and community events that generate leads and drive membership growth.
- Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by modeling premium hospitality, building strong client relationships, and, when certified or eligible to complete JETSET instructor certification, supporting the studio through class instruction as needed.
