Associate, Talent Acquisition
UTA is seeking a driven Associate, Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for an effective self-starter with strong research instincts, natural curiosity, and a passion for learning in a fast-moving, evolving environment. The Associate will play a pivotal role in recruiting operations, including ATS administration, reporting, process documentation, and candidate research, while supporting searches for unique, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles.
As the role grows, responsibilities may expand to include candidate outreach and screenings. This position reports to the SVP, Recruitment and offers the opportunity to help identify, engage, and attract top talent for a leading entertainment company. This role is located onsite in our Beverly Hills office and relocation is not included.
The salary for this role is $75,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
