UTA seeks a Representative, Cash Management to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and have a high attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to excel in a fast-paced work environment. This position is based in Beverly Hills, California.
This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $24.00 to $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
- Apply cash receipts in the booking subledger to the proper client booking promptly
- Monitor the receipt of cash, checks, wires, and ACH payments from buyers and clients
- Responsible for researching any unapplied cash to client bookings
- Reconcile cash receipts backup to the booking details
- Research variances between booking and cash receipt
- Provide backup to other team members
- Address stakeholder inquiries
- Assist with ad hoc requests
What You Will Need
- 1+ years of Accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in Entertainment or Banking highly preferred
- Prior experience in a customer service-focused role a plus
- Proficient in Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to explain accounting details and concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
