About the role
We’re seeking a skilled Support Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to provide exceptional support for our members. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver member satisfaction in a fast-paced startup environment.
This role is based out of our headquarters in Mclean, VA or our hub in New York City. Employees hired for this position will work in the office Monday-Friday. If you are not currently located in one of these areas, your willingness to relocate will be a contingency for employment.
