About the Role
Range is one of the fastest-growing RIAs in the US, and our Growth team is responsible for building the acquisition engine behind it. We’re hiring a Growth Engineer to own the technical infrastructure powering that engine. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, engineering and product, this role will work on a wide variety of projects - from landing pages and experimentation frameworks to data pipelines and ad platform signals.
Your work will directly impact revenue by improving conversion rates, increasing signal quality, and enabling faster iteration across the entire go-to-market engine.
This position is based in New York City, and follows an in-office schedule Monday through Friday. If you’re not currently located in the area, relocation will be a contingency for employment.
