About the Role
Pika is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Finance to join our on-site team in Palo Alto. As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the overall financial leadership of the company, driving strategy, planning, compliance, and execution to enable our next phase of growth as a creative AI leader. You’ll work closely with the executive team to ensure financial health, transparency, and effective resource allocation, guiding Pika’s business decisions and growth strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee all aspects of Pika’s financial operations, including accounting, FP&A, budgeting, treasury, AP/AR, and payroll
- Build and manage scalable financial planning, modeling, and forecasting processes to guide executive decision-making
