Finance Manager

We are seeking a high-performing Finance professional with a strong accounting foundation and a passion for AI, automation and finance transformation

. This is a broad role spanning financial reporting, FP&A, business partnering, M&A and Finance transformation within a fast-paced FinTech / digital asset environment.

Responsibilities: Manage

• financial and management reporting
• , cash flow, tax, GST, budgeting, statutory accounts and reconciliations.
• Support
• FP&A, forecasting, performance analysis and business partnering
• , providing insights to drive commercial decisions and cost optimisation.
• Drive
• Finance transformation and automation
• , leveraging AI, GenAI, data and technology to improve efficiency, controls and scalability.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate manual work and improve Finance operating models.
• Partner with Finance, Technology and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate governance
• , and liaise with auditors and external advisors.
• Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / Finance, ACCA or equivalent qualification with 7+ years' relevant experience.
• Strong accounting, analytical, financial modelling and reconciliation skills.
• Experience in FP&A, consulting, M&A or Finance transformation is highly valued.
• Strong interest and practical experience in AI, automation, data analytics or financial systems.
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP / BI / workflow automation experience is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Curious, adaptable and comfortable challenging the status quo in a fast-paced environment.
