Dental Residency Coach

We're seeking an experienced Dental Residency Coach to work with students navigating the dental residency application process from start to finish. This role includes helping students with specialty selection and program selection, and building an overall application strategy and match strategy. Coaches also support students with personal statement and essay writing, resume review, and securing strong letters of recommendation.

Additional guidance includes preparing for interviews, navigating financial aid & scholarships, understanding licensing requirements, discussing clinical rotations, and developing a waitlist strategy when needed. Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of the dental residency and match process (as a former program director, resident, or industry professional), a track record of helping students put their best applications forward, and a clear, structured approach to guiding students through a stressful and high-stakes process.

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
