Finance, Accounting & Reporting Lead

About the Position:

Handle end-to-end operational and governance ownership in the financial accounting and regulatory reporting compliance. This role manages the finance, accounting, and reporting team to ensure alignment with the business, accounting standards, and regulatory complian ce.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial closing processes in compliance with relevant regulations and s tandards.
• Manage financial reporting preparation processes to the board of management and share holders.
• Responsible for the timeliness of and accuracy of regulatory report submissions to Bank Indonesia and O
• JK.
• Manage assessment of internal controls, monitoring, and possible improvements of the business process within the Finance, Accounti ng, and Reporting Circle.
• Lead the assessment and implementations of new accounting standards and regulations rela ted to financial reportin g.
• Liaise with external parties (e.g. Bank Indones ia, OJK, auditors) involving financial matters and inquiri es.
• Perform ad-hoc ta sks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in related fields (background from a re putable public accounting firm or bank is a plu s).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting o r Finance Related
• Field
• Familiarity with Accounting Standards (especially PSAK 109) and O
• JK banking regulations related to financial reporti ng
• Knowledgeable in banking transactions/ activities, including journal entries & financial stat ements prep aration.
• Strong analytical and structured thin king.
• Experien ced in leading a team.
